Our commitment
SitePath Intelligence LLC is committed to making sitepathintel.com and our research application usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time project.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act. WCAG defines requirements for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
"Conformance target" means the level we design and test toward. Portions of the Platform — particularly interactive maps and dense data tables — may not yet fully meet every AA success criterion. Where a component falls short, we describe an alternative way to reach the same information (see "Known limitations" below).
What we do to support accessibility
- Semantic HTML with labelled form controls and landmark regions.
- Keyboard operability for primary navigation, search, sign-in, and account management.
- Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content.
- Color choices checked for contrast, with information never conveyed by color alone (grades and risk levels also carry text labels).
- Responsive layouts that reflow to small screens and support browser zoom to 200%.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduced motion" preference.
Known limitations
We are transparent about areas still being improved:
- Interactive maps. The county map is a visual, pointer-driven interface. Every data point it displays is also available as text on the corresponding county and state pages, which are fully navigable by keyboard and screen reader.
- Large data tables. Some comparison and pipeline tables are wide; we are progressively adding row/column headers and scope attributes. Exported reports provide the same data in a linear, readable format.
- Third-party components. Certain embedded services (payment forms, map tiles) are provided by third parties whose accessibility we monitor but do not fully control.
Requesting accommodations or reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from the Platform provided in an alternative format, we want to hear from you and will work with you to provide the information or service you need.
- Email: support@sitepathintel.com with the subject line "Accessibility".
- Please tell us the page or feature involved, the barrier you experienced, and the assistive technology and browser you were using.
- Target response: we aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days.
Assessment & review
We evaluate accessibility using a combination of automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing during our release process, and we review this statement at least annually. This statement was last reviewed on July 1, 2026.
